第二次入住，還是喜歡訂這裡，主要環境沒的説，安排的大單間看泳池安靜清爽，酒店出口一排餐廳酒吧，喝酒吃飯都方便，門口保安雙崗，非常有安全感。

이름만 레지던스임.. 호텔이라고는 하나 많이 부족해보임. 아파트 단지내 한 동 이용하는 것 같은 분위기임. 일반 호텔로 생각하면 안됨. 절대 레지던스라는 이름에 착각하면 안됨. 수영장은 있음

Wow! This place looks great. New and clean. However there are a few MAJOR things you need to know. IF YOUR looking for just a nice place to stay then, this is the place for you… but if you want more help as a tourist then…I was showering and the power went out. There was no phone in the apartment so I had to dry off and put on my clothes in the dark, head downstairs to let the receptionist know. They sorted it out, but I was a bit pissed off that’s shower was interrupted. Breakfast time and the spread was pretty basic however it still looked good as I sat down to eat my meal it was stone cold. I asked him if breakfast would be served cold they had forgot to light the burners to warm the food. There was a disabled man who entered the breakfast room the help often was minimal even though you could see him struggling staff did nothing. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs to be greatly improved. Hospitality is 0. There was no help getting me a taxi as I left. It seems as though they only have a preference treatment to Asian people. I needed to extend my stay and decided to leave as my overall experience was poor.

酒店各方面都不錯 我要吐槽唯一缺點是門口的交警太黑了 我有老撾一年AB駕駛證（相當於中國C1E駕駛證） 我的摩託車在萬象市中心租的 行駛證保險和年檢都在有效期內 交警就是要十萬喝啤酒 整的最後我白天不敢出門了

首先，訂房網站如此大的平台，不應該配合這種齷齪行為，標低價大字，小字高價出單，我因為老花眼，晚上訂單看259元，付款後發現是309，這是標準***行為，其次，服務一塌糊塗，打掃衞生，不去叫，不知道打掃衞生，我總共訂五個晚上，衹給我刷卡住四個晚上説結束了，房間沒有電話給前台，需要下樓溝通所有事務！
